French macarons are known for their crisp shells, chewy centers, and beautiful colors—but they don’t have to be intimidating! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the techniques and science behind making consistent, bakery-quality macarons at home.
We’ll walk step-by-step through the macaron process, from whipping meringue to piping perfect shells and filling them with delicious creams and ganaches. You’ll also learn how to avoid common mistakes like cracked shells, hollow centers, or flat cookies. By the end of class, you’ll feel confident baking macarons that look as good as they taste.
